First of all, I need for everyone to know that I am a nurse.  It will help clarify things in the future.  I have a master's degree and could be doing something besides direct patient care, but I like to interact with my patients so I keep doing what I have been doing for the past 7 years.  I am a home health nurse. It's something I really enjoy and I have met so many interesting people. The problem is that today I just could'nt seem to get on track and that makes for a long day.  So I am a little irritated. I'll get over it.
